Green Mission

Sustainability is not a side initiative for us — it is an integral part of how we design, produce and operate every day. We continuously invest in cleaner technologies, smarter processes and responsible resource management to reduce our environmental impact and build a future-proof production environment.

Today, 30% of our operations already run on sustainable energy, and we are actively expanding this share year after year. A significant part of this clean energy is generated on-site. With more than 1,000 solar panels installed on our production facility, we produce our own renewable electricity and reduce our dependence on external energy sources.

We also focus strongly on energy efficiency. By applying innovative technologies, we recover and reuse energy wherever possible. For example, we use adiabatic cooling methods for climate control, convert heat from our air compressors into warm water, and reuse surplus production heat to warm our offices and factory spaces. Additionally, we make extensive use of heat pumps and capture residual machine heat to further optimize heating throughout the facility.

Circular thinking is equally important to us. We actively collect, separate and recycle production waste streams, including metal chips and other by-products, ensuring valuable materials are reused rather than discarded.

Our sustainability efforts are directly supervised by management and embedded in our operational strategy. Dedicated programs monitor and improve our performance in energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, water usage and waste reduction. We are also committed to maintaining internationally recognized environmental standards, including ISO 14001 certification.
